We put a lot of time into training our tutors. We know they’re great already, but our clients expect a high standard and so do we! We ask our tutors to do lots more work like syllabus planning, homework marking, report writing and lots more as well so we spend the time explaining to our tutors why it matters so much.

When it comes to delivering the lessons, we allow our tutors to use their experience to personalise lessons, but we still require elements of teaching, practice and feedback to be included in every lesson.
