Our Process

Career Goals Consultation 

Your Career Consultant will work with you to map out your future career trajectory, setting clear goals for development. 

  • Standardised ability testing and personality evaluation. 

  • 1-2-1 feedback and guidance for development.  

  • Visa pathway identification if required.

Optional Internship 

Dependent on your timeframe and overall goals, we will identify optional internship opportunities to strengthen your repertoire. Our resources span some of the top firms across multiple industries.

Opportunity Identification

Your Career Consultant will identify appropriate job openings for you. Working with your Career Consultant, you will target the top positions available in your chosen field.

CV and Cover Letter Drafting

Your Career Consultant will help you to draft up to 10 CVs for separate applications. We know that you are far more likely to be successful with unique CVs for each application and we’ll be there to help you showcase your skill in each case.

Test Coaching 

Increasingly, employers rely on pre-interview tests to evaluate applicants. Your Career Consultant will introduce you to the questions you’ll face and develop your technique to the required level.

Interview Preparation

Your Career Consultant will drill you on the likely questions each employer will ask and will refine your answers until you can present the best version of yourself. We will do this through:

  • The provision of past interview questions.

  • 1-2-1 training for interview with mock interviews and feedback.
