Libra Education Partnership Policy

1. Who we are

Libra Education is a provider of education services to students based in the UK and overseas. Our vision for education:

  • Students should be helped to build confidence and unlock their potential.

  • Our students will be provided with expert advice, comprehensive planning and first-class tuition.

Libra Education engages with:

  • Schools, Universities and Education Consultancies;

  • Visa Companies, Property Developers or Agents; and

  • Any other commercial partner with an interest in education.

2. Purpose of this policy document

The purpose of this policy document is to provide a framework for how we work with external organisations, and how those relationships are managed and maintained to ensure transparency and mutual benefit for all parties.

3. Core partnership principles

3.1 Mutual Benefit

Libra Education will enter into partnerships to further the mission and financial interests of itself and its partners.

3.2 Principles of collaborative working

Any external relationship should be based on integrity, openness, transparency, independence, accountability, mutual respect and benefit for all concerned. Each party should be clear about its roles and responsibilities and the limits of these and these together with all material terms of the arrangement, should be consistent with these guidelines and must be set out in a written, binding agreement between the parties.

3.3 Strategic Partnerships

Libra Education enters into partnerships in order to:

·       Grow our client base;

·       Offer a complimentary service to our clients and our partner’s clients;

·       Offer choice of services to our clients where it is needed;

·       Work with regional experts in their fields; and

·       Share knowledge and best practice in education or related fields. 

Libra Education will only enter into a relationship where we believe this will positively benefit our clients and are satisfied that it does not pose an unacceptable risk of adverse impact on reputation.

3.4 Plurality

Libra Education will strive to have multiple companies supporting its activities.

3.5 Use of Libra Education name or logo

Libra Education holds final approval of all uses of its name, logo and other identifying symbols. These symbols can be used by commercial entities only if their use furthers Libra Education’s mission and only with the written consent of the Libra Education CEO.
