Online Summer School - Computer Science

Computer Science is one of the most popular subjects to study at undergraduate level amongst the students we work with. Applications to Computer Science courses are very competitive, particularly for the G5 Universities (Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial College and LSE).

Universities recommend that to prepare for these courses, students undertake their own project work outside of their academic qualifications.

Our summer school is an excellent opportunity for aspirational computer scientists to begin undertaking the project work – even if university applications are in the very distant future!

Younger students or beginner computer scientists can join our Junior Computer Science Course, which involves building their very own scratch game and will introduce them to the basics of computer programming.

Students who are planning to choose GCSE computer science, or who are already taking it but would like some more experience, would be better suited to our Senior Computer Science course on Python Coding.

Although each course is one week long, both are a springboard for preparing students to continue practising their coding for years to come.

You can find more information about the Junior Computer Science course here and the Senior Computer Science course here. Scanning the QR code below will allow you to sign up for our Online Summer School through our website.
